Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1/3 c. milk, 3/4 c. chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute exactly.
Add chocolate chips.
