Chocolate Icebox Pie
Chocolate Icebox Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked, 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk, 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare baked pie shell.
Cook first three ingredients in top of double boiler over hot water until thick.
Add water slowly and let thicken again.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into pie shell; refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream on top.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
