Chocolate Glaze For Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. whipping cream and 1 tbsp light colored corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a sauce pan heat the chocolate chips and butter over low heat until melted.
This will need to be stirred often.
In a heavy saucepan mix whipping cream and corn syrup.
Bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate mixture.
Cut your favorite cake and drizzle over top of each serving.
Good on any cake.
