Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake
Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream together the sugar and butter.
Sift together several times the flour, salt, baking powder and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa.
Add to creamed sugar and butter mixture alternately with the milk.
Pour into a greased cake pan.

Mix together brown sugar, white sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa. Spread over top of cake mixture.
Pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all.
Bake at 375Β° for about 30 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Turn upside down.
