Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake
Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. milk, 2 c. plain flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream 1 1/2 cups sugar with margarine.
Stir in milk. Add flour, salt, baking powder, 4 tablespoons cocoa and pecans. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and 2/3 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
Mix vanilla in boiling water. Pour over batter.
Do not stir!
It is best to put pan in oven before pouring water over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
