Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Chocolate Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, pinch of salt, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In double boiler, melt chocolate, butter, salt and sugar.
Stir in milk; cook until thick.
Add vanilla.
Heat before serving. Makes 4 cups.
Will keep in fridge several weeks.
Serve over any ice cream; especially good over peppermint ice cream.
