Chocolate Fudge Delight
Chocolate Fudge Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 12 oz. can evaporated milk, 16 oz. milk chocolate, 1 large pkg. chocolate morsels (12 oz.) and 1 pt. jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Break the chocolate bars into small pieces in a large bowl. Add marshmallow cream, morsels and vanilla.
Put sugar, salt and milk in a heavy kettle; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue to boil for 10 minutes.
Pour at once over chocolate ingredients in large bowl.
Stir until smooth and all melted.
Add nuts (optional) and pour into well-buttered pan (1/2 sheet cake size would be the largest).
Cool before cutting.
