Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, 1 c. margarine, 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, 4 eggs and 1 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt in double boiler the chocolate and margarine.
Add and mix thoroughly the pecans.
Beat eggs.
Add to eggs the sugar and flour.
Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture; mix well by hand. Do not use mixer.
Stir in vanilla; mix well.
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake; will look soft when taken out.
Forms own topping.
Test for doneness with toothpick inserted in center of cupcakes.
When done, toothpicks will come out clean, with no batter or crumbs sticking to picks.
