Chocolate Fudge Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour.
In saucepan, bring to a boil the butter, water, oil and cocoa.
Pour on dry ingredients and stir well.
Add eggs, soda, milk mixture and vanilla.
Stir and pour into well-greased cookie sheet with sides.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
While cake is warm, make frosting.
