Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. sugar, 6 oz. evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 12 oz. semi-sweet chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine sugar, milk and margarine in pot; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Stir until chips and marshmallows are melted.
Pour into a well buttered pan; let cool in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut into 1 inch squares.
