Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. light cream (pet milk or carnation), 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate or cocoa, 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix together in a heavy saucepan both sugars, light cream and chocolate.
Cook until forms a soft ball, when a drop is put in cool water or 234Β°.
Stir just enough to keep from sticking. Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla; do not stir again until lukewarm, then beat until it starts to lose its shine.
Add pecans.
Drop on wax paper or onto foil.
