Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. karo and 1/2 c. cream or rich milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter.
In separate bowl, combine sugars, Karo and cream.
Add mixture to butter and bring to a boil.
Cook 2 or 3 minutes, stirring rapidly.
Add 2 squares of melted chocolate and boil 5 minutes rapidly at first and more slowly toward the end. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Beat until thick.
Add walnuts. When nearly cool, cut into squares.
