Combine sugar, margarine and milk.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate morsels until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Dip into a 9 x 13 pan or clear dish; wait until cool and cut into squares.
