Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. white corn syrup and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add syrup, milk and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Do not stir again until it reaches soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Do not stir.
Let cool 1/2 hour. Beat until stiff and pour into pan.
