Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 jar marshmallow cream and 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until soft ball forms when tested in cold water.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate bits and marshmallow.
Stir until combined.
Pour into buttered pan.
Cool; cut into blocks.
Nuts may be added same time as marshmallows. Makes about 5 pounds.
