Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Large saucepan over low heat, melt sugar, chocolate chips and evaporated milk, stirring frequently.
Leave on low heat and let come to full bubbling boil.
Stir constantly for 15 to
20 minutes
(mixture is done when a few drops in cold water forms soft ball.)
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow cream, margarine, vanilla
Stir vigorously until well blended.
Pour into buttered pan.
