Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, pinch of salt, 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook sugar, milk and salt until it boils to soft ball stage (about 10 minutes).
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour boiled mixture over top; blend together.
Pour into greased pan (approximately 15 x 11 x 1-inch).
Makes about 5 pounds.
