Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks), 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 1 1/2 c. marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan.
Over low heat, bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring to avoid scorching.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir vigorously, making sure everything is dissolved.
Pour into greased 9 x 13--inch pan. Refrigerate until it gets hard.
Makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
