Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 12 large marshmallows or 1 1/2 c. miniature, 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 2 c. sugar and 2/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix in a heavy 2-quart buttered saucepan, sugar, butter, milk, marshmallows and salt.
Cook over medium heat (stir constantly) until it comes to a full boil.
Continue cooking and stirring for 5 minutes.
Take off heat.
Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.
Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
