Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 c. butter, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 3 (6 oz.) jars marshmallow cream and 1 scant tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan, over medium heat, until mixture boils.
Continue to boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into a buttered 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
Yields 5 pounds.
