Chocolate Frosting
Chocolate Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine sugar, canned milk and marshmallows in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add butter and chocolate morsels.
Beat until morsels are melted.
Add vanilla and beat until consistency of pudding.
Pour over cake.
Covers 2 layers on tops and sides.
