Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. oleo, 1/3 c. milk and 1 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In small saucepan, combine sugar, oleo and milk.
Boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
