Chocolate Frosting
Chocolate Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. cocoa powder, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted, 3 tbsp. skim milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a mixing bowl, beat margarine and cocoa powder until margarine is softened.
Gradually add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, beating well.
Slowly beat in 3 tablespoons skim milk and vanilla. Slowly beat in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and additional skim milk, if needed, to make of spreading consistency.
Makes 1 cup.
