Use whole graham crackers to line bottom of a baking dish. Layer with French vanilla pudding.
Layer with Cool Whip.
Then repeat all of the layers.
On top layer use whole graham crackers. Spread with chocolate icing.
(Can be Betty Crocker or your own.)
