Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Chocolate Eclair Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour, 4 eggs and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring butter and water to boil.
Remove from stove top.
Stir in 1 cup flour to form ball.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time.
Spread on greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. While crust is baking, mix pudding according to package directions.
Reserve 1/2 cup of milk to thin cream cheese.
After cream cheese has been thinned, add to pudding.
Pour mixture over cooled pastry crust.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Right before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
