Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. graham crackers, 2 small pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping and 1 can chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix pudding with milk. Fold in whipped topping.
Place layer of crackers in bottom of 6 x 12-inch dish. Pour half of pudding over crackers.
Layer crackers and pudding again.
Top with third layer of crackers. Top with frosting.
Chill overnight.
Store in refrigerator.
