Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. french vanilla pudding mix, 3 c. milk, 1 large cool whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can dark chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place one layer of crackers.
Mix pudding with 3 cups milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers in pan.
Place another layer of crackers over pudding.
Spread last 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers. Top with one last layer of grahams.
Top with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate.
