Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. french vanilla pudding (instant), 1 c. milk, 1 (12 oz.) cool whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip.
Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with a layer of graham crackers.
Spread half pudding mixture on top.
Cover with another layer of graham crackers.
Spread remaining pudding mixture.
Top with a third layer of graham crackers.
Frost top layer with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled.
