Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 4 eggs, best at room temperature, 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring water and butter to a boil, making sure all the butter is melted.
Add to flour and salt mixture and mix well.
Add one egg at a time, beating until smooth.
Spread on a jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch).
Bake for 45 minutes at 400Β°.
Let cool.
Burst bubbles after coming out of the oven.
