Chocolate Eclair Cake
A no-bake icebox cake layering graham crackers, French vanilla pudding, and Cool Whip beneath a slick of chocolate frosting. Set overnight, it slices like a true eclair.

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with graham crackers.
Mix pudding and milk until thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour half of mixture over crackers.
Add another layer of crackers over pudding.
Pour rest of pudding mixture over 2nd layer of crackers.
Frost the rest of graham crackers with icing and place on top.
