Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. cold milk, 16 oz. cool whip, 1 can prepared chocolate frosting and 1 box graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare pudding using cold milk.
When thickened, fold in Cool Whip.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
On top of that, put 1/2 of pudding/Cool Whip mixture.
Add a second layer of graham crackers.
Then add the last half of pudding mixture. Add third layer of graham crackers.
Carefully frost with chocolate icing.
Refrigerate overnight.
