Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 1 container chocolate frosting, 2 c. milk, 1 large box vanilla pudding and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix pudding, Cool Whip and milk thoroughly in large mixing bowl.
Pour a very small amount of this mixture into bottom of a large rectangle Pyrex pan.
Start placing graham crackers in a single layer on bottom of pan.
Pour 1/2 of mixture on top of graham crackers and smooth.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top of mixture.
Pour remaining mixture on top of crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top.
Melt chocolate frosting (remove foil top) in microwave for about 45 seconds.
Stir and pour over last layer of graham crackers.
Smooth the icing nicely.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
