Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 1 big bowl cool whip, 2 small pkg. french vanilla pudding and 1 can betty crocker cake icing (chocolate fudge), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan. Make pudding as directed by package.
Mix together Cool Whip and pudding.
Pour over crackers. Place a layer of crackers on top of pudding mix.
Slightly warm icing and spread over crackers.
Refrigerate overnight.
