Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix with mixer.
First mix pudding, milk and vanilla flavoring until thick.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Then, in a sheet pan, spread the bottom of pan with a layer of graham crackers.
Then add 1/2 of pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, then another layer of pudding and another layer of graham crackers.
