Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. french vanilla pudding mix, 3 c. cold milk, 9 oz. container whipped topping, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine pudding and milk.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped topping. Beat mixture two minutes at medium speed with mixer.
Place a layer of graham crackers in bottom of square 9 x 12-inch container.
Place a layer of pudding mix on top of crackers. Continue alternating layers, ending with graham crackers.
Spread on frosting.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
