Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. cold milk and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Whisk pudding and milk together, fold in cool whip and set-aside.
Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with PAM.
Place layer of graham crackers in pan.
Spoon 1/2 of pudding mixture on 1st layer of crackers.
Repeat with another layer of crackers then remaining pudding mixture.
Cover with another layer of crackers. Refrigerate.
