Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small), 8 oz. cool whip, 1 box whole graham crackers and 11 oz. container chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix milk and pudding together in a medium size bowl.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the whole graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture on first layer of graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers and pour the rest of the pudding mixture on top.
Spread chocolate frosting on the last layer of graham crackers, then put them on top of pudding. Refrigerate.
