Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 layer graham crackers.
Beat pudding with milk and cream cheese until stiff.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top and add remaining pudding mixture.
Top with another layer of crackers. Drizzle or spoon frosting over top. Chill several hours.
