Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 8 oz. size cool whip and 2 oz. liquid chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan with butter.
Place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan.
Prepare pudding with milk and then blend in Cool Whip; mix well.
Pour half of mixture on graham crackers.
A second layer of crackers on pudding.
Cover this with remaining pudding.
Add a third layer of crackers.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of last layer of crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
