Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 box graham crackers, 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 1/2 to 1 c. sour cream and 9 oz. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Line 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with crackers.
Mix pudding and milk. Add sour cream.
Mix well and add whipped topping.
Spread 1/2 of pudding over crackers.
Place on this another layer of crackers. Spread other half of pudding over these and put third layer of crackers on top.
Spread frosting over last layer of crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
