Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 3 small pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 1 large cool whip, 1 box graham crackers, 4 c. milk and ready made frosting (favorite flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix pudding with milk; add Cool Whip and mix.
Layer graham crackers in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add layers of pudding mix, graham crackers, pudding mix, etc. (end with crackers on top).
Use ready made frosting and melt in microwave; spread on top of crackers. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
