Chocolate Drop Cookies
Chocolate Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place softened butter, sugar and egg in large mixing bowl.
Beat until well creamed.
Add chocolate; blend.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk/vanilla mixture to the butter and sugar mixture.
Beat only long enough to form a soft dough, about 2 minutes.
Add nuts and beat a few strokes.
Drop from teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 to 12 minutes at 400Β°.
