Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
Blend well.
In a saucepan, bring to a rapid boil the oleo, shortening, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture; mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients and add all at once to the batter, mixing well.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
