Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. semi-sweet chocolate, 1/2 lb. milk chocolate and 20 strawberries (stems attached), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt the chocolate in the top pan of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water.
When chocolate is melted, add 1 tablespoon of hot water and stir thoroughly.
Dip each strawberry in the chocolate 2/3 of the way towards the stem.
Place the berries on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet to cool.
Serves 4.
