In large bowl, combine flour, margarine, sugar and vanilla; mix until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips; mix well. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool completely.
