Mix flour, oleo, sugar and nuts.
Press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled crust.
Mix pudding and milk. Spread over first layer.
Top with rest of Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts.
