Chocolate Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla together until creamy. Add cocoa to boiling water, blend well and cool.
Next add cocoa mixture and remaining ingredients to creamy mixture.
Blend completely.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
