Chocolate Cream Pies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. flour, 1/3 c. cocoa, 4 c. milk and 4 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add milk 1 cup at a time.
Beat egg yolks well and add to mixture.
Cook in double boiler until thick, then add 1/4 stick margarine and vanilla.
Pour into an 8 or 9-inch already baked pie crust.
Makes 2 pies.
Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
