Put together flour, chopped pecans and melted butter in baking dish and bake 15 minutes; cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Mix and put on top of the crust.
Put remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese mixture.
Add Cool Whip and decorate with chocolate shavings or nuts.
