Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. melted margarine or butter, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill 15 minutes.
Beat softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk in small mixing bowl while crust is chilling.
Fold in half of Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over chilled crust.
Prepare pudding according to directions on box except use 3 1/2 cups milk.
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
